This site is dedicated to the mighty 4 Door Civic. To start things off I would like to show you my 1992 4 Door Honda Civic EG9 VTi.
I purchased this car back in June 2003 where it looked more like a Taxi than Honda's flagship Sport Saloon. Fitted with the amazing B16A2 TwinCam VTEC engine that produces 160BHP from Stock and rev's to 8200rpm.
The car has had many changes and modifications since June of 2003. First thing that was changed was the wheels, though I liked the 'Fat5' 15 inch alloys that come as standard I wanted to get some larger, more sporty wheels so I went for some 17inch 5 Spoke FOX Alloys. The Next step was the suspension because it looked like a tractor with the immence gaping holes in the wheel arches so I fitted a set of G-Max springs that lowered it by approx. 30mm. Not bad but certainly not a good ride either.
Throughout the following weeks I will show you how I have transformed my 1990's sport Saloon into something that would give most modern day sports cars a damn good run for their money.
Things are certainly not as they used to be back then when I got the car as you will see in the following pages.
